If you have toddlers who are past the rip-off-the-tabs stage, grab Lift-the-Flap Tab: Trucks (Lift-the-Flap Tab Books) by Roger Priddy. Also, enjoy Little Blue Truck Leads the Way and Goodnight Little Blue Truck. In Little Blue Truck, he helps another truck stuck in the muck. Little Blue Truck by Alice Schertle is one of the most adorable truck characters out there. It’s a sing-along to the tune “The Wheels on the Bus.” (board book) The Wheels on the Garbage Truck by Jeffrey Burton is pretty cute too. But Asia Citro gives us a gem in Vroom Vroom Garbage Truck. I haven’t met a toddler that isn’t obsessed with the trash truck or recycling truck. There are not enough garbage truck books for toddlers on the market. At the end, she dreams of one day owning her own truck.
